I found a few little goodies from the Goodwill that needed to be rescued.
A cute floral 3-tier stand for $4.99, a pretty brass wall sconce for $2.99, and a silver Ikea chunky candle holder for $1.99.
3-tier stand after:
I loved the red floral design, but I have been looking for something similar in white for our guest bathroom. Out came the Heirloom White spray paint.
Wall sconce after:
You know how I feel about brass. Again, a coat of Heirloom White did the trick. I really love it next to my new Home Goods mirror in the entryway. On the hunt for another sconce similar for the other side of the mirror.
And the silver candle holder. Didn't need to change it. Perfect as is:
Still slowly but surely adding silvery things to my black hutch. Now I'm on the hunt for ironstone dishes to mix in.

I think the stand looks very classy in white, what a great idea to use it in the bathroom, lots of storage but with a small footprint.

I'm showing a glimpse of my ironstone dishes today. They are so versatile to decorate with, I love them. You did a great job with the three tier stand. Much better painted. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Don't you just love finding treasures at thrift shops? I too, am always looking for ways I can change or embellish them to be just right.
Love what you did with the 3-tiered stand, and the starfish on top, in your beach inpsired room. Very pretty!!!!!

Don't you just love Heirloom White?! I sure hope they make that stuff forever, because it seems like I use it on everything! I really love what you did to the 3 tiered tray. It is just gorgeous! Love all of your wonderful silver, too!
